Having added an integrated plan to Genovo, it could be that you need to unlink it because you're changing back office systems for example.
To unlink an integrated plan, click the edit plan icon, a new window will open and then click Unlink from CRM.
On clicking Save, you'll notice that the integration icon no longer shows against the plan.
Having unlinked the client from one CRM / back office, you can then link them to another CRM / back office should you need to (assuming you've relinked the client).
