Having added an integrated client to Genovo, it could be that you need to unlink it because you're changing back office systems for example.  You can only unlink integrated clients from within the Client & report library.


To unlink an integrated client, click the edit client icon, a new window will open and then click Unlink from CRM.



On clicking Save and exit or closing down the window, you'll notice that the integration icon no longer shows against the client. 


Having unlinked the client from one CRM / back office, you can then link them to another CRM / back office should you need to.
