Having added an integrated plan for an integrated client, you can really easily update the data contained in the integrated fields at any time, for example at their next annual review. When you update an integrated plan:
- Only integrated fields (those marked up with a green border) will update. Data previously saved in any non-integrated fields will remain as is; and
- Any integrated investment strategy linked to the plan will be automatically updated at the same time. This could result in the update, insert or deletion of a holding.
To refresh an integrated plan, click the edit plan icon, a new window will open and then click Update from CRM.
The integrated fields will update, edit any other fields as necessary and click Save.
